CONSIDERANDO:
Que, el artículo 1912 de la Constitución Política del Perú, establece que los Gobiernos Regionales tienen autonomía política, .económica y administrativa.en los asuntos de su competencia;

Que, el Pleno del Consejo Regional de Loreto en uso de sus atribuciones, derechos y obligaciones funcionales establecidos en la Ley Orgánica de Gobiernos Regionales y; artículos Y hteral a} y 12 Stara 5) del Reslamente tnterao. del Consejo Regional de Loreto, vigente, y con el voto aprobatorio de los miembros hábiles de este Consejo; con el trámite de la lectura y aprobación del acta anterior, el Pleno del Consejo Regional de Loreto, acordó por UNASIIMIDAD el Siguiente ACUEra6 Regionál:
ARTÍCULO PRIMERO: APROBAR MEDIANTE ORDENANZA REGIONAL “EL PLAN DE ACCIÓN REGIONAL DE SEGURIDAD CIUDADANA DE LORETO — 2022,
ARTICULO SEGUNDO: ENCARGAR, A LA SECRETARÍA DEL CONSEJO REGIONAL. DE LORETO, NOTIFICAR A LA GERENCIA GENERAL DEL GOBIERNO REGIONAL DE LORETO PARA SU CONOCIMIENTO E IMPLEMENTACIÓN DEL PRESENTE ACUERDO Y AL DIARIO DE MAYOR CIRCULACIÓN DE. LA REGIÓN PARA Su: PUBLICACIÓN,
